Not able to see any tool bars on top of the screen with my firefox browser.

I have changed my Internet connection and now I am using 3G data card from BSNL for the internet. With this data card internet connection,I opened my firefox and found that all the bars that use to appear on top such as address bar,menu bar etc are missing. As such there is only the Title bar on top. If I use IE,all the tool bars are visible but I am fond of fire fox. Please let me know how to make all the tool bars visible on top with my firefox.
