I understand that it is actually the body when exposed to a virus can develop antibodies her body to be immune from virus attacks again exception hiv virus, HPV, influenza. when influenza virus is constantly evolving Advice from me a lot of vitamin C for your immune system so that it is increasing. if you all like to consume vitamins ...? what vitamins you are taking ..?

I guess the best source of vitamin C are the fruit juices. Get some citrus fruits like lemon, squeeze the juice, add some water then chill it with some ice cube, and you will have a good juice to drink. It will strengthen you body's immune system!

I'm taking a multi-vitamin supplement that gives me 50% of the iron a normal person would need in a day - now I admit I'm only doing this because my doctor told me too, ya bad gurl! LOL Also I'm taking calcium complete (calcium with vitamin D and magnesium) that's for bone health. Man, don't I *wish* we get immune to the flu, but yeah, you're right it's an ever-changing nuisance of a virus. Thankfully my family don't get it very often. I don't think my kids ever gotten it, my husband - well, not when we were married, anyway, and then I had the flu once or twice in the past ten years, and when I get sick, I have to get to the emergency department to help me settle my stomach. So yeah, thank G-d I don't get sick that often! :-p Vitamin C you can get your 100% daily intake easily by eating a few pieces of fruit every day.

Vitamin C is the only vitamins we could take in terms of strengthening our Immune System. Thank you!
