Some People Are Not Assistable:Do You Agree With Me?

With the nature of human being which is insatiable, no matter what you do, we will always want more. The extent at which some people have gone in causing havoc for people who assisted them has made some people to conclude not to help at all. In some instances, some people will come with problems that are very critical to the extent that any attempt to help them may land you into a bigger problem. So, in such a case, What will you do?

I 100% agree with you that some people are not help to other. I also think that some people are harmful for people. They try to fall other people in trouble. So do not think that everybody will helpful to you but there are some people in our society who are really helpful and admirable.

It is a fact that we need to help everybody who come to you after being fallen a big problem. But it is also a fact that we should not help to other when we will think that if I help other I will be in a big problem and i can not come out from that. So, I think always help everybody to make them happy keeping it in a mind that you will not be unhappy for ever.

I was able to work as a technical support representative for a year and I so agree with you. I had this customer calling having problem with his wireless network connection. He told me that he was talking about his issue for 3 hours already and none of us have done anything yet. I checked for the technician's note in his account but found nothing for that day. He was very angry already because he needs internet connection for his work. So, this is what I did... I told him that we need to troubleshoot to find out what was wrong with his internet connection. Oh my! Mr. Customer got angrier because he doesn't want to do any troubleshooting and instead wants to have somebody to go check what the problem was. I told him to ask a local technician or he can take advantage of the on-site services of our business partner, if they can't fix it, he won't be charged. And, as expected, Mr. Customer didn't agree with that...and began cursing. So, I made my words sound firmer and more confident than before and told him that we can't find a solution to his issue if he will be venting on me over the phone. He calls for help, and I was very much willing to help him if he will listen to me and do what I'll ask him to do so we can fix his internet connection. I assured him also that I will be able to solve the problem since I am the best agent in the technical department and he need not to worry. Whew! And so we did the procedures... Good thing it worked! If not, I'm doomed! Quite a story, huh? Hehe. All we need is patience...in all aspects. We should understand each other on every situation so as to get something done or problem fixed. And if we ask for help, we should be nice.

Normally anyone asking for my assistance, I do take into account as to how my help will and will not assist. So basically if things are going to be worse all I can do is listen and allow the person to digress their issues. I will not input my assistance if the matter is going to get worse, somehow that does not make sense to do.

if i have the case , i will decrease my desire. i am not a insatiable girl ,i want to do any things from scratch .and work hard .
