Exercise, do you hate it in every way, or do you love to do it every day!

Hey guys (and gals lol), sorry couldn't resist trying to rhyme the title. But here my question, do you hate exercising or are to lazy to do it with gusto and will, and the only reason you do is because your mom was a former weightlifter, or the doctor has given you a red flag on your weight issues. Or do you get up, and warm up, stretch, workout, and keep fit religiously? Do you love gulping down those disgusting health shakes and are you always up to date with all the latest and greatest in the health world? If so why? Just write down you stories and opinions and keep healthy.

I absolutely love it my friend, as I discipline myself to do it daily. A full 14 months ago I started my discipline routine where as I use to do it 5 times a week for an hour a day. I an eating right and drinking loads of water and I was not big to begin with but lost 60 pounds. Here I am 14 months later, and only do it now 1/2 4 times a week, still down my 60 lbs and still eating right and never been happier with my weight, as I use to be a terrible roller coaster dieter. Which takes a toll on ones body. My skin has never looked so great and I am able to splurge from time to time with no guilt as I am maintaining my metabolism and weight. Something I did not think was possible but I am living it and love to exercise. Each time I look in the mirror I like what I see so it motivates me to continue what I do.

I usually do have to resist the urge to slack off on excercising. It isn't my favorite thing to do but once you get into a routine it does become addictive and you feel so much better. The thought of not feeling confident in my body is enought to get me motivated. Just a few extra pounds brings down my self confidence, I don't feel as good in my clothes. There are so many positives to excercising just need to mix it up and keep it interesting.

Try yoga, use simple stances and breathing exercises, you only need about like 6 by 4 space wise.

hi mohseen, I am a very lazy person when it comes with exercises. Maybe it is because I am a busy person and I think that there are more important things to do rather than doing some exercises. However, this view changes when I learned that I have a dextroscoliosis. I always had pain on my back especially when it is cold. The doctor advised me to have a regular exercise so not to worsen my problem on my back. I was so sad when I learned I cannot get healed from my sickness. I learned from my lesson. We should always prioritize our health than other things. As the saying goes, "health is wealth".So even if we have lots of money but we have poor health , it is nothing.

Exercise can be a chore and a burden if you let it be. If you look at exercise in a positive way with a healthy outlook for life it can be rewarding. I try not to hate exercise. I may not look forward to it everyday, but it is better for my life to make exercise a happy thought.

I dont exercise regularly. And honestly speaking i am lazy to do it:) My usual daily activities are eating, singing and surfing the web and socialize with others. But whenever i feel bored and i feels that my body is not in good condition because of whole day sitting in front of my computer. I will stand up and start to dance some moves to make my body energetic again:) But i know that exercise is needed to have a healthy and youthful life. Without this, maybe you will not live longer. Just an opinion:)

I dont hate it exercise but I believe its to easy to slip into a pattern of becoming lazy which I certainly have. I do enjoy playing football though I hate going to the gym. I remember in the summer how I tried to kick my lazy attitude away by getting up every morning at 6 and going for a run. Have to say I quite enjoyed it but had to stop I got the black flag from the docotrs telling me to calm it down with the medication I was on.

I workout and keep fit religiously. It is an addiction, such a great addiction. I do it because it has countless benefits and because of the way I view exercise, as fun and a passion. The people who do it and hate it, or are doing it for poor reasons, are the ones who will most likely not stick to it, you have to be doing it for yourself. I started off exercising just to loose weight, look better, but now I do it because I enjoy it.
