Money Making Sites Can Be So Arrogant!

i wrote one ptc place because it was not reloading all the time after you clicked an ad and since they have a few that are the same titled and if you hit the same one twice you get a mean message that you are being watched etc.. so i tell them that i wanted to let them know that sometimes the site doesnt refresh how its supposed to (they state it is supppose to) and that ive accidentally double clicked before (not often but enough to irritate me) and that im sure other people have to and that maybe they are having a tech problem.. they come back to me that its my fault for not refreshing when it says it does because it makes sure you dont get double ads.. it wouldnt be that annoying if they didnt have multiple ads with the exact same titles etc.. another place a few years ago was a traffic exchange.. it gave my pc viruses and also it had sites on there breaking their pop up rule and i reported those sites and sent a note saying that one of the ones breaking the rules is triggering my virus detector etc being NICE! and he comes back calling me all kinds of names and states how dare i a housewife siting on my fat *** watching soaps judge him for his site and that the site breaking rules can do whatever they want because he is getting paid from them (even though stated if you paid you had to follow that rule) and that he in no way would have anything that had a virus because he had top of the line etc etc... i politely (anyone that knows me knows im hardly polite back in these situations lol) pointed out that i had several apps telling me it was infected so its not like i was going on some cheap virus scanner that had false positives and that i was just letting him know about the one breaking the rules etc.. he cursed me out some more and then canceled my account saying he has paying people to deal with so he isnt going to waste his time on a non paying troublemaker bleep bleep bleep (oh such a loss.. NOT) um with the last site i cant even remember the name of it so OBVIOUSLY it never became famous enough to be seen a lot so its either a loser site or gone (with his attitude probably gone) but i mean i can see if i was rude and saying he was purposely giving me a virus and crazy over the ad that was against the rules having a small attitude back but i wasnt in both sites i talked about i put it in a nice way of like "hey i noticed this area is having issues wanted to give you a heads up" like i would want if something had slid by me in my site.. i really doubt that he has the greatest virus protector in the world or else he'd put more money into his site lol.. and gotta love the double standard on how if you pay him you can do whatever pop up wise and possible infect peoples pc's (i would think it was my pc just being on crack but multiple programs detected that one site) if he was a scammer doesnt he know he is suppose to kiss butt till he bails on everyone?!? if not a scammer way to go on your business ethics and customer service!! the first site tells you it refreshes and never gives you double ads so why would anyone think to do it on their own? i just hope a lot of people arent getting their accounts deleted for double clicking when its that sites fault! (that is a legit paying site so far) ahhh the arrogance of ignorance.. have you ran into any of these lovely people when it comes to concerns or problems with sites you are a member of?

Yes I have recently.. I wasn't cursed out like you but my account was suspended and banned from their forum. Palmbux did this because all I did was ask a question about something about the site. That post was deleted with no answer. So I posted a second one to let members know to becareful in what they ask in a post, it could get deleted. Because of that, I was suspended and get this, they first accused me of multiply accounts, yeah right.. then a day later it was changed to that I threatened the site in the forum... which I didn't know asking a question or warning other that a post might get deleted is threatening a site. I have the proof of all the posts, which I don't think they like.. oh well truth is the truth and I have it. Now I find out that they bought Cashium.. I would becareful with these.

yes, i agree. everybody jumps at the idea of getting money online, therefore making it hard for the designers and producers. after so many people signing up, they probably get annoyed at all the questions they are being asked

well i usually never ever contact a site unless i see a glitch or a problem with my account.. i had a great experience with one site.. i seriously did not get the cash out rules and i asked her and she was great at explaining it and when she accidently paid me twice i let her know and she made it a point to make me the first to be paid next time it came time for it.. but other than those types i try to not bother them since i know they prob get a lot of idiots and spam etc

They would be better not to answer than to be rude with comments. To me that shows ignorance of the program towards its members that are apart of how they make money on these sites. The thought came after I hit the post button...

You are lucky and fortunate they replied to you! I have similar experience, I complained about my referral link, I noticed the link is not being credited to me but to someone else... I have tried contacting them several times, but I got zero reply.

Been there done that also. I had a family member that would join sites I was joining to help each other. I would join hers in sites she was doing. We didn't always get that credit. IF we could we would delete our accounts if we couldn't get an answer from the site. Then if they were still working would try again. Sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't..
