Flash on samsung omnia i8910 hd java based mobile

Hi, I have a samsung omnia i8910 hd mobile. It is a java based phone. Flash is supposed to be there on this mobile. but i am not able to view videos or sites that require flash. Do i need to download flash lite. Where can i get it?
