while loving someone and consciously we know that the person is hurt us, we feel pain because of the words or actions, why are we still able to love that person? we could instill the mind to no longer love him. we can also tell the people closest to us and accept their minds to forget the person. for those who have experienced, it is difficult or easy is to forget the people we care about? I was going to answer difficult. because it is difficult to escape the feeling itself. in my experience, the feeling is stronger than the mind .. but, why the feeling is stronger than the mind?

Feelings and emotions can be such a controlling force in our lives. Our minds can tell us what is true and what we should do. What we feel for someone may too strong for us to overcome. Sometimes the heart can be stronger than the mind.

yup, feelings and emotions can control our lives, feelings and emotions can not be deceived by the mind, sometimes the feelings and thoughts can be contradictory, but I'm aka say something about the reality of life daam this case, "good people always follow feelings rather than thoughts , and the wicked are always following the negative thoughts rather than feelings. Or maybe the bad guys are those who tudak have feelings at all ".

I have often wondered the same thing myself. How can I keep loving someone, who has been controlling, manipulative, and just mean? And, this is what I think...In the beginning these people treated us with love, kindness, and patience and these actions over power the meanness that now seems so character of them. We know the person they were, the person they are capable of "being." I believe our mind wants to "hold onto" the good, which is probably the best for everyone.

maybe that is because human more likely to feel than to think. and every body would say that it is not easy to forget someone even she/he had gone forever and leave us deeply hurt. it is normal, just how to manage it that make every body different.
