My company is a France company, which has very relaxed circumstance around me. The first year i am a Management Trainee here, but the salary and its increation is so slow that i can't bear the life's consume in Shanghai, which is the one biggest citys in China. My boss promises that my condition will be changed after three years, i don't know whether it's true, what should i Choose and how can i do at this moment? For Caree or For Coin?
