How would you do if you run into people who love to show off?

I have a girl friend who love to show off and always wants to stay on a par,when we meet,she dresses herself very carefully,and I know she wants to be better than me,she appears very active and speaks to everybody,she wants to have focused their attention on herself.To be honest,I hate it at all,because I am not good at relationship,and I like simple people.However,I have to meet her for complex reasons,please give some advise and share your experience.

These types of people are attention seekers. They want to look a certain way and have the best of everything. They want to be the center of attention at all times. These types of people I stay away from, they are not my cup of tea at all. They are all fake with no substance to them. They are not real at all and I can't associate with them. You don't explain the reason you need to meet her but I hope its only for a short period of time. If so, deal with her but do not get taken in by it all. Never let her make you feel like she is better be proud of yourself and hold your head up high. You are better then that and I would ignore the behavior as much as you can

I think so,and I did as you say or I think I will be very tierd and angry with her,it is a pity!
