What food is better 4 breakfast?

I sometimes have bread, cakes, milk or coffee, and mineral water. Everyday I have different meal for breakfast. Sometimes I like to eat fried noodle, fried egg, sweet tea, cakes, and mineral water. In another I have fried rice, crisps, coffee, and mineral water. I don't eat the same menu for the next day. There many kinds of food in My country. So I can choose one of them everyday. I have so many choices. But some friends said, it's better eating small part of meal, like bread, cheese, and milk in breakfast. Well for me I need heavy meal because I work hard everyday.

I think the breakfast must be rich in nourishment.In general,stomach evacuation takes 6 hours or so,after get up we must supplement a lot of nutrition.

Yes I agreed on you that you have to eat heavy breakfast because you work hard everyday. For breakfast you have to eat bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and milk you can have fruit juice for a change also. I prefer to have milk and bread in morning than cake and coffee. You can have rice as an alternative for bread. Many foods choices for breakfast its up to you how will you combine it in order to have a good result in your health. Goodluck!!!!

I think the bread with milk, noodles, eggs are good for the breakfast. They contain enough nutritions and you will feel full after it. As the breakfast is one of the important meals in a day. So we shall eat better. I love China

the food that contain high protein like eggs or maybe soy milk. i used to combine with rice. rice contains more vitamins B to make us energize to do our activity

I don't much like breakfast food, and I rarely eat a big breakfast, usually just some toast or a bagel or some fruit and some milk and coffee. My favorite breakfast food is my grandma's homemade pancakes. I can eat so many of those, haha.
