AFF Cup: Philippines vs Indonesia in the semi-finals

Indonesia meet the surprise team Philippine in the semifinals of the AFF Cup. The Philippines became the runner-up Group B, after the match on Wednesday (12/08/2010) Myanmar opponent 0-0 draw.
In another Group B match, Vietnam beat Singapore 1-0 success. The victory was making Vietnam emerge as winners of Group B and will meet Malaysia in the semifinals.
The Philippines does not have a strong tradition in football. However, now they seem to have started up and reckoned worthy. Their victory 2-0 over host Vietnam and Singapore opponent 0-0 series bodes their strength.
Indonesia certainly can not underestimate the Philippines, although in previous meetings always win. Because, under young coach Simon McMenemey, Philippines appear neat and have high self confidence.
The first leg semi-final party will be held on 15 and 16 December, while the second leg will be held on 18 and 19.

Isn't philippines also doing naturalization for their football players. Well I guess it means either they got lots of talents this recent years, or it might be they fix their organizational skilss since what I know they prioritize boxing and basketball more than football in their country. Yeah, we cannot underestimate Phillipines power since Indonesia itself in the late 90s until now never been as strong as they shown in the past. Lack of management skills, especially from Nurdin halid makes Indonesian football have a very poor quality

Do not underestimate the enemy that will be in the face because the ball is round, so try to remain optimistic to be the best and hope to win the AFF Suzuki.
Indonesian citizens make happy with the game will be undertaken by the national team. and do not forget also to our supporters to refrain from anarchist and noise in the stadium.
