The researchers found that extroverts who regularly hang out at least half a day, more susceptible to sleep deprivation, rather than the introverts or those who live in isolation. The study involving 48 volunteers, who hinted that what happened at the time in a state of waking affect sleep quality. The volunteers were tested to determine the type of personality, then partially placed into an environment rich in social and partly into the insulation.
