For me i think one should have honesty to his/her employer. This is the only thing that can help you reach regularization, promotion and plus marks to your employer because they know that you can be trusted and no matter how confidential the task they give you are they already know that you are honest to them and that they can trust you that you won't divulge something to their competitors and will not get any information for your own wealth and fame.

Honesty is not easy to come by, most people would rather lie to get ahead but don't look for any bold face lies, its the little ones that people can't prove or don't have the time to investigate. Companies should be honest from the ground up, starting with their employees. If they are not honest who is going to mirror them farther up the corporate chain. If you work for a place that is dishonest, quit, you're setting yourself up to be brought down with the rest of them.

Yes asliah, it is really most important to be honesty in your job. Sometimes what happens if your job completion target is friday and due to some problem you think you can not complete this. So in this case it may be a great problem to your company if you are not informing them honestly before that. So be honest to avoid any loss to your company.

of course, because honesty is very important in the world of work. and if the workers do not have the honesty, the company would not be in better perspective. so you try to be a person who has an honest attitude because not everyone have it.
