What time of the day do you go to sleep and wake up
December 10, 2010 9:16pm CST
For the past days, i have not been getting enough sleep. The other day, i went home past midnight because we have to attend the inter-affiliates' contest on those real men acting as women. We have to give our moral support to our company's representative, unfortunately though,he wasn't able to enter the Top 3 winners. At least , i have given my support hence until now i am still lethargic from the lack of sleep. Regularly, i would be asleep by 10:30 p.m. and would be awake by 6:00 am to prepare for work which will be at 8:00 am. If and ever , i go to sleep later by 11:00, for sure i will be lethargic the next day. So, i always see to it that i am asleep not later than 10:30 and wake-up at 6:00. I have to have at least 7 hours of sleep everyday so i will feel so alive for the next day. Care to share your thoughts on this please?

I suffer from insomnia so my sleep schedule is sporadic. Sometimes though you gotta just deal with a little less sleep. Try a cup of coffee and a big breakfast in the morning. That might help give you a little more energy for the days when you don't get enough sleep!

I never go to sleep before midnight. Ideally, in a perfect world I would sleep between 2 am and 10am. However, because I have to work that's not logical. So Instead I try to sleep from about 1am to 8:30am which seem sto be anough sleep for me. I know people say as you get older you dont sleep in anymore, but I think I could sleep till 11 every day :)

From what i have read, as one gets older the number of hours we sleep shortens also. My parents who are way beyond their senior years would usually be asleep by 9pm. But by 3am, they are already awake. I guess, it's because during the day, they would usually fall asleep while watching TV so it compensates for the shorter span of sleep.
