neobux suspended my account 1 week after upgrating to golden

Hallo to everyone. Last week i upgrade my account to neobux in golden, and yesterday i tried to cashout my 5$ and i found that my account is suspended for violating section 4. thats very very strange because i use only my pc for watching ads, i dont use bots i dont use public pcs , nothing suspicious at all. I tried to contact them and they told me i have to send them support ticket. the funny thing is that i can not enter my account to send them one. im very upset and very dissapointed.I feel i was cheated by them only to take my money.How can i contact them can someone help medid anyone had the same thing happened with them?

Try to tell them your complain in the forum. If you are not given enough attention and your problem is not solved or your money is still not given back then file a dispute in paypal. As far as i know one can get his/her money if he/she files a valid reason for a dispute.

i just recieved a message from paypal that neobux refund my money of golden membership,so at least i didnt lost any money. of course i would prefer to reopen my account but at least im not crying for my money.

thanks for the advice you are right i allready did that and the only solution everybody told me is either open a new account with different email and send them a support ticket or do this from a neobux account of some friend of mine

Neo Administration listens to our grievances. As the account is suspended you cannot sign in to send the communication. Just see your E-Mail where you got the welcome message when you upgraded your account or welcome mail when you signed up. I think support@neobux.com also will do. please give your IP Address - number details and explain. Wish you all the success.

i send there (support@neobux.com)an email asking for explanations and they respond that i have to send a support ticket to them. I answered that i cannot enter into my acoount to send them and if there is another solution and they didnt answer to that at all. im 100% sure that i didnt violate any rules otherwise i wouldnt write in forums and here to find my right

I'm really sorry that it happened to you. Well at least they have refunded the money you used to pay for the upgrade because it is quite a lot. I don't really know what is the section 4 rules but I hope you can either get back your account or able to open a brand new one. Good luck to you and have a nice day

I've heard a lot of these stories from Neobux.. They're a legit site and everything, but as far as upgrading/renting, never trust them with your money!
