Pretend to not get hurt

How could we able to pretend that we are not hurting when our ex-boyfriend is just around together with his girlfriend.How could you act like nothing's happens even though you know and your ex-boyfriend know that your still love him and hurting to much.Is this mean to say that you ex-bf doesn't care for you anymore.?

yeah you are right! but I have loved him so much. I did anything for him,and gave my life and soul.If only I can get over in just a second I will.I am being uncontrolled by myself.
