I have scoliosis and I am very worried about this..it was 2007 where I went and do check up and the doctor told me that its a slight scoliosis.SO not 3 years pass, I know this will move or progress daily.. i have 7 months old baby boy, I am carrying him everyday he has a weight of 9 kilos and something. So I am so worried about my scoliosis, They said I don't have to carry heavy things but I have no choice as a mother I am the one will take care of my son. But my back hurts sometimes.. huhuh.

Don't worry, worrying will do nothing for the condition. I have slight congenital(inborn) scoliosis myself, and it never progressed for 50 years, in fact it never bothered me at all except for times when there is slight pain especially when it's cold, being with me for a long time I had learned how to manage it by my self by massaging it with whatever hot liniment I have available. I also studied the pressure points in the feet and legs associated with the condition, it's similar to accupuncture minus the needle. Yes you can carry him once in a while but it is best to ask your orthopedic or doctor what is best for your case. A slight or mild one is really no problem, in fact I joined lots of sports when I was younger, a diet rich in calcium is also helpful, wish you and your baby the best

Just listen to what the medics are saying and follow religiously! Many ailments are today easily controlled but with discipline on the part of the patient. So if the Doctors tell you dont carry heavy stuff, just be discipline and follow! We still want you healthy and happy with your baby my friend! Best wishes!
