I don't think too that there is any casino site that allow paypal. I found a site that gives 10$ bonus at registration...you can try multiplying them on roulette. Don't play many hands cause you can loose you bonus. If you loose it I think you can make another account :D ;)

I dont know a betting site that allows paying via paypal. I think not exists.
