What makes an ice-cream "creamier"?

Is it from he milk they use? Or the process on making them? I have tasted different ice creams at a very different level of "creaminess". The more expensive, the more creamier it is. Well except for one local ice-cream here int he Philippines. It is inexpensive but its creaminess can be compared to expensive ice-creams. Why? They are making it from buffalo milk! And it tastes a lot better too compared to other ice-creams with the same price.

Hi! I agree with that. There's another one added in the Filipino-made ice cream which made this more creamy and delicious. That is the coconut milk. It is a new innovation of a certain ice cream brand to add another Filipino touch in the product without spending much because coconut has a wide variety in the Philippines.
