Light beer vs Regular beer

Which one do you prefer? I don't enjoy the beers that are too strong,I like special ones,like this called "white night" they only sell it on christmas,but I've just started to drink light beer and I love it,it's so light and has less of all,but some people say it's not as good,I think it is,what do you think?
