Db Bux and Infinity ref bux com are scam sites. If not Why they not paying

I am a Sri Lankan. I amm a member of Db Bux Com and Infinity ref bux com. Accoding to their TOS they are not working. I paid to them. But they are not paid me still' They announce this is good job for us. But my idea is tis is good job for them. I like to no I am correct or not.
