"Dream"

I like dreams because i know it's not real. I can dream of anything i like, yet i won't feel hurt or the pain of losing anything. It's a virtual world for me, able to do anything i like. Though i might experience nightmare at times, it's a good thing too so that i don't take my dreams for granted. Too many dreams is not a good thing as well because it can disrupt our sleep pattern.

I read it somewhere is that when we dream is caused by some part of our brain is not 'sleeping'. So we will feel that we are actually inside even though we are sleeping. At the same time, did you know that we have hundred of dreams every time we sleep? It is just that our mind did not record it down. Even better, each dreams can last like only a few seconds (but we felt it could take like some time).

When I was single, I dreamt a lot of which many of them really happened in the real world. Do read my blog sand in the wind which can be found at my mylot homepage. Then when I settled down with my husband, raised our kids and got busy with a lot of things not only at work and home but with other activities as well, I couldn't remember dreaming at night. It is said though that we dream every night but we can only remember the last dream before waking up. In my case, I thought I have stopped dreaming not until the past few days. Twice I had dreamt about anger. It was two different scenarios in two different nights but both of them were about the anger deep inside me. This scares me because if I dream thrice of the same kind, they usually happen in reality. I'm done with years filled with anger and I'm already happy with years filled with joy and happiness. I just hope that I won't dream similar dream tonight. But still am curious what it means to dream about anger.
