Slicethepie only opens to US and EU??Why?

I am just cleaning my emails awhile ago. And I saw this message: It really broke my heart.
We regret to inform you that due to a focus in commercialising Slicethepie and its products in certain territories, we can no longer allow access to the Slicethepie site from outside the US and EU. As you are situated outside of this boundary, it will not be possible for you to gain access to the site at this time.
We appreciate that this may be frustrating, but rest assured we anticipate that in the future Slicethepie will be made available worldwide once again.
If you have invested in any Artists on the site you will still receive all of your entitled benefits – your account remains active, meaning you will continue to receive artist specific updates including free downloads etc.
Your voucher balance will remain on the site, and should the site become accessible to your territory once again, they will be available.
Your Slicethepie cash balance of $4.99 will be sent to your PayPal account within the next 7 days.
Slicethepie fully understand that this news may cause some displeasure and would like to thank you for your understanding and the support to date.
We have your email address and will notify you should Slicethepie become available in your territory again.

The worst is that I haven't received my $4.99 to them.
I am trying to contact SLP but this is the message when I am trying to view their site:

Is there away I could contact Slicethepie?

That is really sad. I'm also a member of this site though I'm not as active as you but I too am outside of US and EU. I really hope they will become available to worldwide again. Is the 7 days of waiting over? Because as you said they would send your balance to your Paypal account within 7 days. Just be patience and hopefully you will get the money soon. As for contacting STP, I have no idea how since you are not allowed to access the site anymore. Good luck and have a nice day

I recently joined this site but haven't used it that much but from what I have i am enjoying it a lot. I can understand why they changed the rules but hope you get paid and soon as its only fair to you. Feel free to email them at info@slicethepie.com

haha =D I'm glad that i got banned by them about 1 year ago, if not i would be stuck in the same scenario like u too.. hehe ^_^ Actually i'm quite surprised why slicethepie did that, when it's doing so well on worldwide basis. Now that u cant even access the site, it's time to kiss your earnings goodbye. I believe even if they were to be available worldwide again, all records will be gone and there's no way u can get the money back

Too bad this site is not for international member anymore. But it is weird that until now, i haven't receive this notification from the Slicethepie admin about this updated news yet. As for me, i haven't earn any money from here yet, since i seldom active doing the rating of the songs. I only have a few credits which i had earned. I don't think the admin will convert my credits and paid cash to me. It is alright for me, since i am not an active member there, too. Hopefully, you will be able to access this site soon and send support email, to request for your payment, in case you haven't receive them yet. Good luck to you.

I am here in italy and just now,i receive notice that i am forbidden to access the site.so it means also here its forbidden?italy is oart of eaurope but why is this?maybe only for US now or they see that i am filipno,since my facebook is connected to it now,they have new feature where you can connect your account to facebook.

That stinks. I am not familiar with slicethepie, but I was thinking how big it was of them to send you notice of the changes and why they were making them. Then they even offered to make sure you got the money that was rightfully yours.
Then all those good intentions became hot air, and you are left holding an empty bag. One of the challenges of using the various opportunities on the internet, is that they change, and sometimes they go away. Sure, you can find new opportunites, but it does take energy to start over.

so i am sorry i don't know the latest news about this site.
maybe because the member from US and EU are more fluent in english or have the same genre of music
