Today a news was released that the accused of the Visconde Massacre Case was released and will now walk as a freeman in the community. What do you think of this judgment fellow Filipinos? Almost all the people here, the common "JUAN" says it's unfair. How about you?

We cannot just trust human system because it is full of flaws. But one thing I know of is that God sees what we do and He knows our hearts so whoever is the real culprit, he will be accountable before God. I hope that Mr. Vizconde will be strong to face life now that he cannot appeal his case anymore. I hope he finds comfort in God that is able to give him the real peace of mind no matter how hard life is and even if for most of us would say that it is impossible to forgive, but we are just humans, we need to forgive so that we will also be forgiven. About ex senator Mr. Freddy Webb, he is also a father just like Mr. Vizconde who is also fighting for his son. We just cannot take only one side of the coin here but the bottom line is, all of us will be accountable in the time of judgement.

Yeah, while it is true that we have to forgive, it is also good that Justice be served. God is a just and fair God, even if He loves us so much, He is also a just judge that would render punishment to all of us who refuse to repent and believe that we are saved. As to our earthly life, isn't it that laws are made and created by and for the people, to ensure that we all live a life with justice? But with what happened to the Visconde Massacre case, seems that justice was denied by the law itself...

I feel empathy with Lauro Vizconde. It must be very difficult to fight for almost 2 decades but end up with nothing. For me, I don't know what to think. Only God knows who is the real criminal. If they are the real criminals, they lost many years in life and those years can never be caught up to. They lost so much but it's not enough. If they are innocent, then it's about time they are released. The real issue here is how the judiciary system works in our country. On another note, the court supreme also denied justice to Katrina Halili when they also acquitted Hayden Kho. It seems coincidental but it looks like a pattern. The system works very slow and I feel less confident about the court's credibility. That's just my opinion though.

Justice system here is not credible. You get justice if you are wealthy and powerful, that's what i observed. There's no really justice in here, and if you won the case the sentence is not not enough for the accused to pay. Just like "Jalosjos" case and other cases that involve prominent families. There will be justice for other case like Maguindanao murder case? HUH!

That's another case the people are now speculating to be wasted. Because they are thinking that the outcome would be the same. The accused/the suspect will just be released as free men again. God bless the Philippines! :D

Yeah, my boss put it this way. If they'd free a guilty man because of reasons pertaining to their personal interest, they will always get the dose of their own medicine, i believe in the law of nature, that what ever seed you plant (what you do) you shall reap the fruits (will get back to you). LEt's just pray for those victims of injustices. Thanks for the response Angelbelle578! :D Happy holidays! God bless you! HAve a happy life! :D

We don't know what really happened. I feel really sad for mr. visconde. What he can do now is pray to God for justice that even if the real perpetrator is still free I know God will do on his own way to punish the real perpetrator. Even if it's not means of getting that man into jail. I know where ever that real killer is, He is suffering from something now. Mr. visconde may not know it but I know God will give or has given him the justice he's praying for.

The term unfair is not appropriate. The release of the murderers was killing the Vizcondes a second time.

The issue is ALIVE again after 2 decades and I totally agree with Mr. Lauro that it was like Vizconde were killed again. I just hope that Lauro will be still alive when he will know the whole truth. No wonder now if the Webb will be receiving BOOS from many people.
