I'm working as an Instructor for quiet some time and now I feel that I could no longer feel the excitement of teaching plus the other colleagues are killing me softly because of their undesirable behaviors. Am I just doing the right thing? What I'm going to do? I know seeking for a job is not that easy. Please post your advices. Thank you!

Dear Abish, You seem to be confused with whether it is the job profile or the colleagues! It is sad to see that you are running away... and this is not going to help in any way. Wherever you go, there would be people behind you waiting for your mistakes or even try to find out intentional mistakes to suit them... It is a harsh world and everyone out there is against you... You have to be bold enough to stand up and face the situation. It is your decision however... but give it a thought - Can you be certain that the new place you start off with your work/job would not have any people like the ones you mention here? What would you do then? again run around searching for a new job? And if you are planning a shift just because you think teaching is not exciting for you... then stop complaining the behavior of your colleagues. They are right as you are in a job that you dont feel comfortable with. Dont blame anyone and try to find yourself an alternate job before quitting. Cheers, theSids.

My advice is that you are not suppose to quit the job before finding another suitable job for you. Make sure that the new job will not make your effort less. And find a job to your satisfactory and not for the money cause.
