He has some strange subject matter for his songs if he really is a Muslim - given the style of his songs and videos I'm betting that this is just some rumour cooked up on the Internet.
Unless, of course, he has suddenly converted and will now be re-recording his hits to show his new faith.
For example, "I can't see you under that burqa, but it don't matter, no..."
