IEating chilli too much

I live in India .I am addicted to Chilli very much .I eat whole fried green chillies which is stuffed .Also I add lot of green and red chillies into my dish.During lunch I fry Salted-Butttered-Dry-Indian Chilli.And all these chillies are too hot and spicy sometime I suffer from Piles and diaorreah Because of this .Is there any way to get rid of it .I am highly addicted.

there is so much food there, you should try something different, in this way i am sure you will find something special, maybe even much better than chilli.i like various of food, and also i have my favourate,but that is not the point, i am supposed to eat food with more kinds and flavours, fragrance,etc.

hi mukthar, ever since, i hate chili. i dont eat any food that contain chili flavor. because its hot and spicy taste.

Well mukhtar,it is never a good thing to overdue something. Your addiction to eat so many chillies is bad and harmful because it can cause ulcers to form in your stomach and intestines and then you may have to undergo an operation. The best thing is to have maybe just one or two chillies with your food,more will cause lot of trouble which you already are having.So be sensible and avoid eating them in bulk.You must have control over yourself and your addiction.Even animals eat only when they are hungry.If you can`t control yourself then you are worse than an animal.Unfortunately nowadays people are behaving worse than animals, thats why our society is going from bad to worse.

I think an addiction that you feel is normal as long as your addiction is not in the sense of dependency. The taste of spicy chili indeed always to make people addicted. I'm also pleased with chili sauce.

Hi, It is normal to consume chilli in almost every dish in India. I am a spicy eater too. But for you as you are suffering from piles and mostly with diarrhea, it is better to reduce the chilli items. Whenever you feel like eating chilli just think of diarrhea and he pain you experience from piles, it should reduce your intake of chillies. Health is important eat limited and adequate and you should be fine. Happy eating Calpro
