I want to start a mini mall where crafters rent space, need input how and income

Crafting is big. People call me to take consignments in my store. I would liketo give oppertunity to others, they be responsible, rent the space, we make money and offer jobs. Don't have lots of money but think this good idea. Any input would be appreciated so I can see the ins and outs.
