Well, I gotta say, I'm with you on this. I've often thought the same thing. I would love to have some nice warm wool blankets now that cold weather has set in. But they're just so incredibly itchy! How can people stand to have them on their beds? And I've seen some real pretty ones this year in the stores. But just one touch and I'm on to something else. Someone really needs to find a way to make wool blankets soft and cozy... but still keep their warmth!

I have some grey pants that are made of wool, but at least they have a liner inside :)

I don't have any clothes that are wool. Too itchy. Plus, they would have to be drey cleaned and I don't like to have to dry clean my clothes, it's not in my budget ;) Thanks for the best response!

Hi there buggles...again :) Hmm, I definitely feel wool is fine but, it does not irritate my skin like what you experience. I am no science or doctor that could give relevant answers but could it be your skin is sensitive to it. From what you wrote, I think you have some sort of allergic towards wool products. Keep it at bay to ensure that you are on the right track (health wise). Happy mylotting!

I never thought that I was allergic to wool. I think it's just scratchy, but who knows....I could be. Thank you for your answer :)

No worries. It could not be an allergic after all. Well, if you really want to know, can get your local doctor to have a look. It could also be the wool was not washed properly. Lots of possibilities :)
