Does anyone who lives in a high altitude have trouble baking cookies? I was always curious about that because you read on some recipes what temperatures to use depending on your altitude and I wondered what difference it really made. If you live in Colorado or near some other mountainous area, do have difficulty baking? What happens? Do the cookies or cakes just not rise?
