have you ever had a friend that uses people?
not necessarily you but other people?
I have a friend that met a guy online and so far he has sent her a shirt,a Kindle,Flowers and Chocolate,and it looks like he will be sending her a diamond ring as well.
I am a little uncomfortable knowing that she is probably leading this guy on just to get presents from him of course there is not much I can do about it but it still makes irritated because I think it is wrong to use people.
I also wonder why people would send gifts like this to people they don't really know,I mean I send people money and gifts when I can on a site called wish upon a hero but that is for people in need.
anyway I am done ranting about this lol

Oh yes, I have had a friend like that. I watched her take a guy for a ride. I felt incredibly guilty about it too. He wanted to date me, but I didn't want to date him. So I introduced him to this friend of mine. I had no idea how much she would use him. She teased her friendship, and he would spend money on her like no one's business. Then she started dating another guy, and still tried to suck this other guy dry. I talked to both of them about it, and she didn't deny it. However, he came to his senses and cut ties to her.

I use to know this lady who always used people and it truly irritated me. I no longer associate with her as I can't help but think that perhaps that would be her intentions and well I am a very giving person and watching her in action give me bad vibes.
So I simply prefer nothing to do with her.

you know I don't want to think about it but I am starting to think that might happen to me and my friend,but it will be sad if it does because we have been friends for 18 years..but it is hard for me to see this side of her

I would wonder if you have spoke with the girl? I have met a few good friends online and through the mail. Some can be trusted and some can't, but some of my closest friends...I met through the mail and we exchanged gifts often. I would trust your friends judgment.

no I have not brought it up to her because she get's very angry very easily and it is not something I want to fight about. it is just something that makes me a little sad to see someone being used.
that is cool about you having good friends that exchange gifts if that was what she was doing it would not bother me at all.
