India (World No:1) STRUGGLING :136/9 after day 1 against South Africa...........

surely winning the toss was an important one, but we cant blame our captain for being unlucky. but surely indian batting was poor, not even a single player, played upto his experience or talent. every one was dissapointing. indian bowlers also was very very dissapointing, india are on the edge of defeat, thats what i feel.

That was coming for sure.Poor start of a series has become a habit of Indian team now.No practice matches in South Africa and suddenly playing on a green top after for so long on Indian conditions, hence this debacle is not surprising .As expected Raina was not able to last for even an over.Hope they play better next time, good enough to challenge South Africans.

dhoni has been losing tosses regularly but since the team wins most of the time,it became somewhat a friendly joke but this tim,its gonna hurt big time. only 40 overs or so will be bowled on a pitch which will help the bowlers a lot. and its again a mental attitude thing. if at the end of day 3,india were 150 for 2 or something,south africa wouldn't have bothered because we can get them again with a fresh start tomorrow. but for a team like india forced to bat on a green top where every wicket will get you on the backfoot,its the worst toss to loose. the south african bowled well but not well enough to take 10 indian wickets in 38 overs. our batsmen gifted them with wickets by always playing on their backfoot when their strength is on the frontfoot like dravid,sachin,dhoni. seems the early preparations were for nothing.

This is another traditional start for india against SA in their country, on the other way pitch is terrible so bowlers have still chance to get come back in the game.

Thats what the problem with Indian team. They do perform well in Indian Pitches. And very disappointment in outer pitches.. I hope our bowlers will able to perform well. South African bowling was amazing.
