DDOS attacks- another way to say: I am a scam site?

First of all, I have to say that I don't have a clue what this DDOS attack means. But I find it strange that two sites( Bux-Matrix and Palmbux) have the same problem at almost the same time. I know that Bux-matrix was a legit site for long and they have even paid me, but there are several days now that they are down, claiming that they are victims of DDOS attacks. Today I see the same problem with Palmbux as well. What can be wrong? Does anybody know what these DDOS attacks mean? And do you think that these sites are turning to scam?

I have no idea either. I'm a member of palmbux and they also said that they were under this DDOS attack. They aren't scam or anything, I just hope they fix this problem soon...

I certainly have not heard about DDOS nor I know what they are. However, from what I read, I heard many rumors saying that they are turning into scam sites. Well, in life, such sites can turn to scam over night. Just keep your instinct high and make sure you don't get cheated :) Happy mylotting!

Yes, but the problem is that Bux-matrix has been paid its members for years, so it would be really bad for them to turn scam. I really hope they won't.

If they make an attack ddos the site will generally be too slow or not working, ddos attacks if I remember correctly are similar to the attacks, only in case of ddos attacks come from several machines that access the service simultaneously with a large amount data, which can not leave the site accessible to users or let the slow service.

Then it is true, because they were having these problems earlier as well. So it means that they are really under attack, so they will return.

Oh I don't know about DDOS, as I thus far have not been affected. I do not belong to any of the mentioned sites. But my true thinking is that some of these online sites are having some form of trouble financially somewhere so they come up with these fictitious phrases, like PayPal froze our funds etc.. I may be wrong but really?? So many at one time.. makes you wonder, at lest it does me.
