Which Ad Network?

Hi all, I am just a stroke away from finalizing my website. However, there is one thing which I have failed in deciding for myself. The thing is which ad network should I use like Google Adsense of Bidvertiser - or the one you may know probably which is good. I very much want to go with Adsense. But the problem is that when I owned a blog, I used traffic driving sites to get to my blog. I don't know how much it helped, but I used it and that is the fact. So, I am doubtful if my account is active or it may get banned when I reach the $100 payout. However, currently I am able to use the account quite well. I log in daily there, to view my overall progress with my blog. So, what do you think, is it okay and running fine? Please let me know how bidvertiser fairs? Let me know it please as it is the only one thing that is keeping me away from finalizing my site work. Regards
