Why is it there are so many PTC sites existing?

Have you ever wondered about the existing of so many PTC sites in the net? Many people think that PTC sites is good opportunity to earn money without investing your money, and as far as i know, there are more than 60 PTC sites are exists in the net. What is the real intention of these PTC sites? Will somebody give your ideas about this matter?
