People were like always afraid of ghost even if they dont believe in them, they will be too afraid to buy a house with a bloody history and have a haunted house reputation. I grew up in a house with spirits on it but I get use tot hem. I just ignore them when they try to scare me. There is a house here that is for sale, a family is brutally murdered there and people say its a haunted house. The price of the house is very cheap and its still in goodshape, The only reason why no one buys it is the bloody history and the ghost sightings. The price is very affordable. I was able to live a life with ghost before.... Its been there for 20 years....
I am considering saving money and buy that house. screw ghost, Own house is better than apartment. I hope I can work for it in a year.
Living humans are more dangerous than ghosts, I want to erase the bloody history of that house and make it a happy home. I hope people will be afraid of it more so once I have enough money, I can buy it.

Well this sounds interesting. I'm not going to ask you to post the listing of the house in question but it would be great to see other similar houses for sale. Do you have a website or something to share with me? This is a wonderful chance to get yourself a property in my opinion. I'm not a big believer in spirits either. I believe there are extra dimensional beings, obviously, but other than that they should be pretty safe in theory :D

The house is basically in the neighborhood where I live, I didn't find it in some website. Its abandoned for 30 years but its still in good shape. I had encountered ghosts but they were not scary as movies portray them. I got used to it. Plus I am a goth so obviously, I actually like the spiritual attention, The more you dont like them to show up the more they will show up.

I am game when it comes to ghosts...
My mom used to call me a ghost ever since I was a small kid... and since then I have been thinking If I found a ghost a real one, what would happen? Would we enjoy our time together and have loads of fun?
Then while growing up I saw them being portrayed as evil things and wondered if there were some good ghosts too...
Then finally I watched Casper... The cutest ghost and I must say that this movie changed my apprehensions and now I was back to loving these ghosts. I wished I could be there sometime at your haunted house or even the new one that you mention... I am excited

They were harmless, they will make noises or show up in few seconds then disappear thats it, sometimes they will touch you, with their cold hands or presence and bring chills in your spine but thats it. I get use to them that ignore everything they do. i can sleep with the lights off with all i care.

I will get rid og all the creepy antique furnitures so the house will look less creepy, I will get rid of all furnitures and replace with newer ones.

you are a very brave person... i wouldn't dare and wouldn't want to live in a haunted house as i will be very scared especially at night... if you are not afraid of ghosts and you are getting a very good deal for the house price, then i wish you all the best... hopefully you will get the house that you want next year or even sooner... take care and have a nice day...

I sleep in the morning, goes to work in the afternoon, ghost home in morning, so as you see I dotn have to deal with ghosts at night. I do hope I can have that house. Large house with lawn= epic win. It has 3 stories.

Hmm yeah seems like every house that are being left for long time no matter what the history is, people will call it haunted and scary. And you are definitely right when you said living human is more dangerous than a ghost. I'm not planning to buy a house at the moment and I have no planned to buy a haunted house LOL, but if it's so much cheaper then any other good house then I probably would consider. Depends. Dont ghosts leaves a house when its blessed? It might work? I just one a house I can call my home because my landlady is a female dog from hell. I pay her regularly but she is mean. I rather have a bunch of ghost done keeping on making her rich with the rent I pay her plus I have a cat hating neighbor who killed my cat.

I want to buy a Victoria house somewhere on the east coast. Most of these houses are very old, I mean we are talking about a hundred years old and my family just think is weird and stupid to waste the money.. anyway at least the house you want is in good shape.
About ghosts, they won't hurt you, but if there are stronger entities or bad you will be able to see and feel somethings going around the house, like hearing voices and things like that. Some people believe that there are no bad entities, but I do believe that there are some bad entities and the only way to get rid of them is to tell them to leave you alone. The only reason why the have power over you is because you let them no need to call for the ghosts busters or Adalie just tell them to leave you alone and be strong don't be afraid for one second and they will go away.

Its not in a forest so there wont be entities just plain old ghost, I think A little renovation, painting and lighting, the house will be awesome. What i love about the house, its backyard is not cemented, so I can have a vegetable garden and my new will be pets will have a place to run around. I knows its not the best place to raise a family on, but I am not getting married yet. I am going to pimp out that place once its mine.

Oh my gosh!
Honestly i do not like ghosts so whenever i feel afraid i start talking alone and talking to myself :) [Sometimes only -_-]
So if i were you i will not buy that house because of the fact that it has ghosts on it and it has a bloody and haunted history.
Its true that you can save money if you will buy it but for me its just not good to buy houses like that.
Base on my understanding regarding on your post.
You are telling that you ignore ghosts when they are trying to scare you.
So maybe for a person like you its best to buy that house because it is true that having your own house is great.
And you are planning to change the house`s atmosphere into a happy one so good to hear that!

yes the more you try notice them the more they will keep on playing with your sanity but if you just ignore them like they dotn exist they wiull learn to respect you. I didnt dare talking to them know. I mean no place is spirit proof, all places on earth have spirits on it, its like bacteria , they were like everywhere., If you met my land lady you will rather live in a haunted house. LOL

Spirits are just around.
I have lots of experienced with those,funny, scary and a lot more.
It happens outside home,or in other places,buildings and also with photos.
But to buy a house with such bloody story well...i don't think i will.
Maybe if i never knew the story before i bought the house,that's fine.
Wish you can have that,since i guess most people will not buy the house once they've come to know the story behind it.

I am interested in the house because with its price, i can work for it in a year, Its cheap but the house its reputation keeps it safe from buyers. I think I have the courage to buy it since spirits are everywhere, wherever I go so why should I be afraid of them. I think I can endure them. As long as I have a beautiful house. I heard loud music can drive spirits away, so they cant own that house.

I do agree with you, that people should be more afraid of humans than ghosts since they are the ones who can really hurt us and they even make the ghosts... 
But i would never buy a haunted house, I'd die of a heart attack, I've never sen a ghost in my life and I'm not planning too. Good luck to you though

Ghosts makes the atmosphere cold whenever they were around so its like having free air-conditioner. They also make hairs raise so its like free static massage, Plus they were said to give good luck if treated well. The place is like a goth's paradise to me.
