why not grow my earnings?

I'm new in mylot. I started yesterday and participated in some discussions... today the earnings should grow up? anyone can answer the question? thanks

Hi, Earning on mylot is not so easy and the update also is not after your clock. Hence better wait and see. When I was a newbie I too had the same feelings but now I know what is what. Besides, unless you put up quality staff and relevant ones your earning would not be up to your expectations.
