Frustrating Bills, always a headache...

It has been really overwhelming lately with all the stress that has been going on in my life, to have to worry even more about finances. Last year, we moved so many times because of a family emergency (and for the last couple years it has been really stressful), which is probably why I have been gone from Mylot for a while. Today I got a renewal notice for my lease on my apartment, and I am hesitant to renew, because when we renewed last year, we had to break our lease because of that family emergency. They also raised the least by about $70, which I think is quite unfair, and I am sure that others do not have to pay as much (and new tenants are offered less, but they said that rate is only for the new tenants). So, it is just frustrating because I do not want to move right now, but I am worried that something else will go wrong, and I am going to be stuck with the same problem as last year...don't you hate just when you're stuck between a rock and a hard place?
