the best way to lose weight

The best way but not the healthiest way to lose weight and be thin is to be sick. My friends had dengue and he became thin, so as my friend who had hyperthyroidism. Any sickness would definitely make you thinner. But it is not a very good idea to try to kill yourself just to be thin. I have been trying a lot of ways to be thin but it doesn't have any effect. When I have gone desperate, I'll try acquiring a sickness so I'll be thin. LOL

Eat everthing in moderation and take exercise regularily. This is one of the best ways to keep the body slim. Many people starve to look thin. To me, getting sick and becoming thin is not at all healthy way.

I'm not very fat but my friends are simply thin so I tend to look fat. I'm the fattest among our group. I want to blend in with them. I have tried going to the gym for a month. I'll continue it next month since I am on vacation. ^^

Reduce intake of foods that have high content carbohydrates, avoid fatty foods and do more exercise, at least 2 X a day. And do not forget, plenty drink water

Not for now. Christmas is just a few hours away and there will be a lot of foods. I will follow your advice next year. That would be part of my new year's resolution.

The most effective for me is walking, I am slim but I tend to get fats on my tummy. I have tried going to the gym in the past but it was boring and sometimes I'm lazy to go, so I tried walking and it did a great job. However, I can't do walking when I am in my home country due to the surroundings and the danger on the streets. When I'm abroad, I will spend an hour a day to walk, I feel energized and it eliminates the bulges on my waistline LOL! Another fun way to lose weight is dancing. But this option is not always available in my location especially in my home country again. There were 2 countries where I lived in the past that I found a dance club. Every week I had the opportunity to do dancing (social and latin dances). It was really fun and relieves stress. Engage in a sport. Again, not easy to find in my home country..... my frustration. I lived in a country in the past that has world class tennis facilities that time. I learned the sport and I played regularly. It was so good to run after the ball, hit it with all your might and afterward feel all the sweat coming out of your body, toxins are released and fats eliminated.
