Want to ask questions about the TV tuner?

The term "tv out" on the TV tuner. What's the point?
Then if we suppose indovision subscription or otherwise, can we connect the, for display connects to the tv but not so to the computer?
Because I ever look in a video on youtube. there are people who share tv show extravaganza. In the lower left corner of the video there indovison logo. Means he wears Indovison. He recorded it directly use a computer or TV use?

This day this is your second post i saw and honestly i ALMOST cannot understand your post because of your grammars. Do not be offended. This is not criticism.
Its what we call CONCERN FOR OTHERS :) Please enhance your grammars :)
By the way regarding your topic, For me T.V out means turning off the t.v. or turning its mode to VIDEO or somethings else.
And for the thingies you asked about i think it all depends on the calss of the television.
Some television do not have those buttons or words written on it.
