There are multiple options: You may have a button on your website that allows people to subscribe to your newsletter-list. This usually works better when you offer special stuff for your subscribers. You can buy such a list from a email-list-dealer (there are some who do it totally legal and sell it to reputable companies). You can gather it via software or bots who scan the web for mailing adresses which is illegal because the recipient haven't joined your list voluntarily. I would recommend option 1 :)

people who have such huge list of emails usually by that list from someone else. .. there are people who sell this list illegally and there are people who sell this list legally..
