Are there are SEO practioners or professionals in mylot.I understand SEO is the hottest market in internet now.Must be a lot of scope for an aspiring Internet marketer.Do share what you think of SEO and its scope.

haha Elsoft, you talk as if SEO is the magic money maker in the world.
There is nothing magical about seo. It is just a matter of writing and designing a webpage to make search engine spiders understand the topic.
If you are selling chocolate, you can buy a domain name "bestchocolate dot com", and use the word "chocolate" in your webpage, eg "XXX Best Chocolate".
When you write articles, make sure the words related to chocolate appear in the title, the subtitle, and within the text.

like you said SEO is just Search Engine Optimization.
It will only make your webpage found easily by search engine when someone typed specific keyword.
And the income is depending on what thing you sell and when you sell it

Scheng.If you read through my post,you would notice that I havent said anything that gives an indication that SEO is a magic money maker.I just said its the hottest in the internet market right now,that doesnt mean its the easiest to do.I know SEO involves months of hardwork, marketing strategy and ability to catch up things faster.Anyway its good to know what your thoughts about SEO and how it works.

Im a freelancer and I have worked on several SEO tasks before. At first it may seem lucrative but as time goes by SEO workers has been under paid because of other freelancers that keeps on lowering their fee. SEO is basically about increasing a site's ranking/value by using high pr links and comments. Its not true that you'll earn $3000-5000 in a single month, the guy who posted first doesn't know anything about this. You can earn this if you own the site and you profit from products or service though.
