Banana is very good antacid so better take banana .Banana contains high iron so it can prevent anemia.It is good eye and bone protector.So list can go on... Try to eat more banana

hi, yes, banana is very good fruit for us, it also contain high potassium that needs of our body, so i always eat banana twice a day.
