Regularly i take losartan lifezar 100 for my maintainable and getryl 2 mg. Three days ago, i let m home buddy bought this two medicine from our nearby pharmacy. Because of my trust and confident, on my actual position to take the lifezar with water in my left hand. To my suspect it wasn't the used medicine i take so i was hurry to spit it out and to my dismay it wasn't really is. This time its color yellow. So i right away went to the pharmacy and complained and scold the pharmacy aide. With the basis that its been two times happened as a regular costumer. I admit i was angry and saying i might complain this pharmacy attitude to address agency in order to straighten this complain. To end my angry i asked the pharmacy aide to give me the exact medicine i needed for i am in a hurry. Just exactly the husband of the owner came out and yell at me said "just don't be angry and many blah blah blah. So i reply, why your angry? scold your idiot aide and not me. He still insist many beyond my want to leave but i was challenge by his many bla blah so i get back to hm and we argued. He told me, you come to whoever whom and have your complain and i will not back out facing you". I told him no matter what even if we would open this lifezar , its still have huge different with combizar. Its my right to complain because i new what i feel after i take. My point is whose fault and why he react like that to me? Is it right if he ask for sorry in behalf of their pharmacy aide fault. He acted as if He is so rich that he challenged me of no fear to whosoever i will report the issue. What is my right to complain of the wrong medicine they gave me instead of my regular med? What if unfortunately take that? Is there any law to complain with this regard? Thank you my lotters and i need clear advise here.

lil_32072k, Instead of getting yourself worked up and affect your health, I wonder if you can look for another pharmacy before something disastrous happen with their gross negligence like this one. There are ways you can approach this matter where one of them would be to write to the pharmacy's head office to complain about this matter. If it is an independent setup, then you may want to complain with your local health ministry who should be their licensing authority. This negligence may be because the pharmacist in the shop is not qualified or worse, there isn't one. So, let the authorities do the job and in the meantime look for a better alternative. Hope this will be able to help you. Take care and have a nice day.

I am not an expert but the attitude of the pharma is not tolerable you must go for an complaint so he can face the music and it will help for others as well who can be caught in similar situation.
