I can not register to some PTC sites.

I was really disappointed, when i can not be able to register to some other PTC sites, such as onbux, trekpay, and some other sites. When I tried to signup, they said that my "IP has being used by another user" which is not. Will anybody can explain this kind of problems? Why do they declaring that my IP was being used by another user?

The possible reason would be problem with your ISP (Internet Service Provider). May be your ISP has been given earlier to someone else who has been used it and now same IP allotted to you. Is your IP static or Dynamic?

i dont know if this is a static or a dynamic, because dont even use a router, my connection was directed to my ISP, which is smart bro in our country....

if you're using smartbro then you have a dynamic IP account. I use smartbro as my main ISP and globe tattoo as my backup connection. most internet connections that we have in RP are all dynamic IP accounts.
you're best option is to try your luck by doing disconnect/reconnect until such time you get an IP address that wasn't used to register yet.
