Toy story 3 :How would you have ended the trilogy?

Greetings :) I watched toy story 3 the 5th time last night and I don't seem to like the way the writers ended the trilogy. People in Disney Pixar ended the trilogy with Andy crying and driving off to college and "Woody", "Buzz" and the rest of the gang with Bonnie. I found this ending really sad especially when I grew up playing with my action figures almost everyday when I was young and later on, giving them away to the less fortunate. I think it being a children's movie should end in a positive note and not a teary note. I would have ended the movie by having Andy keep his toys and let his children play with them. I think doing this gives the children a lesson in tradition and showing that grown-ups were once kids and do value their memories. This continuity makes you feel happy has a viewer since you know that all the characters in the movie are happy. Well this is just me. How would you have ended it?
