Sites similar to Helium?

Hi mylotters, Is there any other site similar to Helium which pays upfront for articles and are open to non-US residents? I am not looking for answers like Triond, Bukisa etc. as they pay based on revenue share. I want sites which accept non-US residents and pay upfront for articles like $2 per article. Any help on this will be really appreciated.
