Final fantasy 7 vs Legend of Dragoon

What game do you think was better? I played both games and thought that FF& was a little better than Legend of Dragoon only because of the story line was a little more touching in it. the game play in Legend of Dragoon(LoD) was extremely good to me and it played in a way that you would not get lost like FF7 you can get lost if you do not pay attention to it. the Cut seen's made the game a little better in that department because they incorporated voice in it. how ever the story did not touch the heart like FF7 did. I know that I'm Sounding a little weak saying this but FF7 i gravitated to the Characters better than i did in LoD. so that is a liitle of what i think about the two games please let me know what are your thoughts on it. Also I would like to see FF7 remade in today's RPG visualizations.

I've played both games and love both of them. Pretty hard to pick which is better. In story wise I say Final Fantasy 7 is better than Legend of Dragoon. Legend of Dragoon does have a good story, but not as good as Final Fantasy 7. As for gameplay, I say Legend of Dragoon had the best gameplay. I enjoy pressing the button at the right time to do those awesome attacks instead of picking an attack and watch the character to attack. Characters, both have pretty awesome characters, but Final Fantasy 7 had characters that you will remember for a long time. I say Final Fantasy 7 is better than Legend of Dragoon, but only like 5% better.
I would love to see Final Fantasy 7 and Legend of Dragoon remade. It would be so awesome.

I agree that it was only a small margin I do think that both has replay value and should be updated to todays RPG graphics.

i agree wih mimi, ff7 is the better game but only in a small margin
and both has great replay value , i even played them again recently prolly about 1-2 months back
lets just hope that there will be a remake ....
i shall pray to the squarenix god to remake ff7 .... XD

With LoD the only thing that i thought was Better than FF7 Was the Cut Scenes they added voices. On that note FF7 was my choice narrowly graphics was not too much different for me.

For me, FF7 is better because I always compare it to all RPGs I played and can't find any that would surpass it.
