Why cant people ever learn every NEW YEAR?

I do not get why people does not learn from the mistakes of others misfortunes during new year's eve! Every year people's fingers are getting cut, lives are sacrificed, then deaths. still, people buy fireworks!I think some people needs to be taught a lesson..and usually, they learn their lessons the hard way.. such as being exploded! People can be such a hard headed. They will never stop until one of their kids or family members dies because of it. Truly tests are given first before you learn your lessons. But then, why wait for it to happen when you can avoid it from happening?

People are stubborn. They don't realize that something that makes noise and pretty (and sometimes not so pretty) images on the sky can also be harmful. But fireworks are only bad when people don't know how to properly use them. They light them in the street, near people, sometimes they even let their kids do it. Responsability is the key to make everything work and those people who buy fireworkd should be aware of that. Unfortunately, they usually don't care and they prefer to stay ignorant.
