Does your money making programs like PTC posted in blogger?

Hi, i have find out a news about bloggers which post their PTC, PPC and other money making programs in blogger. Most of the bloggers who post about money making programs in blogger their blog got deleted or mark and flagged as SPAM. I am one of them and after i almost done my blog and published it for almost 2 weeks it got deleted and mark as SPAM. Is there anyone here encounter same trouble? I really love posting on blogger cos its so easy to use but now why blogger deleted many online opportunities?
